Linear cause-and-effect thinking is a major part of our daily routine in medicine, and very few are aware of the discoveries that have resulted from the theoretical consequences of modern physics. This work is an attempt to move from the morphological to a cybernetic point of view. The work deals with chaos theory, the principles of the theory of relativity, and quantum mechanics. Based on these findings, questions are posed concerning essential information for the organism: electromagnetic oscillation is determined to be of principle importance.
Examples and statements will be presented demonstrating the close relationship between the basic principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the results of research in modern physics.
